If anything, MSNdude please give us an update on the submission process please.

Cannot understand why before our sie have 680 thousand pages cached in msn, but now only have 1620 pages cached in MSN, last time when we send sticky mail to MSNdude then the problem was solved within 48 hours, MSNDUDE told us he take the spam label for our site then step by step our site has more and more pages cached in MSN, after about one month, then our site was fully cached and recovered from just over 1600 pages cahed to over 680 thousand pages cached.

Now really don't know what is the fastest way to report the problem and solve the problem.......

Don't bother with the site msndude points you to. Microsoft support is a series of canned responses. The first response you will get is one that tells you:

I've written Microsoft about this problem for over two years. Thankfully, I've saved all these circular responses. I'm going to package everything up and send to Steve Ballmer via Federal Express. As a webmaster and shareholder I can honestly say that someone at Microsoft needs to get fired. It's that simple.

Yes, starting with the head of search. Why they allow things to take so long is beyond me. zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Things should be picked up algorithmically, which they are *not* and to be perfectly candid and honest, with all due respect I'm seriously dubious about the safety of folks exposing their well-intentioned sites that they had no intention of "spamming" the engine with, to specific human scrutiny when there are a myriad of outrageously spammed_up sites slipping through unfettered and unexamined.

Let me stress that my hesitation is not without reason, having learned, unfortunately, by experience.

Once burned, twice shy. Ask for "help" at your own risk, if you dare.

Sorry, and please don't get me wrong: I love Microsoft (and always have) and think they're the best thing that's happened to women since automatic washing machines. But one wrong burp or hiccup and you're done for - kaput - you're history - wiped out - buh bye.

Watch for the sales and get a new domain name (or 3 or 4 or 5 or more) when they're selling at reduced prices, because if you burped wrong you'll need some more domains in order to survive - unless you're a savvy spammer, which most of us are not.

Before our site is unfiarly banned by msn then msndude understand the issue and release the ban;

but now even explain many times to msn supporter and the site is still ban bay msn.................

However... remember that if you put up the same website at a new domain that is being banned by the broken MSN Live, you'll run into duplicate content issues with Google, and may end up getting banned there as well.

The answer is for MS to put their best people on this project and FIX IT once and for all. My fear is that they actually believe LIVE is working great -- which of course is contrary to what is being posted here and at numerous other boards around the web. It's a sad situation, and unless the MS leadership shakes things up, it will likely remain a sad situation for the foreseeable future. Hope I'm wrong and by New Year's Day all is right with the world, but that's nothing more than a dream at this point.

I've been grappling with the same issue for well over a year. Glad to see that I'm not the only one.

If I ever make any headway, I'll make sure to post an update here.

I've written MSN about five times in the last three months - each time winding up in the same spot - right back where I started. When I'm convinced they are totally clueless I'm going to send the mess (I'm keeping all the email exchanges) and send them off to Steve Balmer.

The issue we encountered is the same as last year. last year the issue was solved two weeks later after we report to MSNDUDE, but now the issue still existed even after we report over almost two months.

We are disappointed with the current msn support team, and we miss the former msndude.

I guess the current msndude in this forum is not the same msndude as the person last year....

Really don't know how to deal with the issue......
