Hi All,
I am running Bing Ads for a local business.
There are many clicks 0 calls. The majority of clicks come from search.yahho.com.
I am using Hotjar and see that the way people are interacting with the site seams like spam or a bot. Just random clicks on one place. barley scrolling.
Does anyone have experience with Bing ads for local businesses that can help?

Thanks

Hi intergreat and welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

Have you tried using Microsoft Clarity to understand your traffic better? There is a discussion here that you might find useful: [webmasterworld.com...]

If you want to see whether clicks are human or bot, the easiest way is to log the visitors' headers and bots and humans are quite different in some respects of the headers they send and their contents. There are threads here that can explain how to set it up, you can search for something like "log headers" on our local search. (warning: it is bing search).

Or, with more experience you can examine your server logs to see what is happening minute by minute for questionable events.

I use hotjar, the behavior is very strange, it could also be real people just clicking.
I disabled mobile and tablet and will try only desktop traffic

That totally happens sometimes, so don't worry. Do you have any other insights or data that could help to shed some light? Have you checked if you're getting decent CTR from your campaigns? If not, it could be a sign of bots or spam. Hoping you find a way to take it to the next level!
