I need some advice from experts. My company size is increasing fast and we may reach 100 employees soon. Traffic to our website is mainly from bing ads. There is one problem. Recently out account went in to review and it took 4 days to come out of review. Obviously during this time our sales was at all time low. My question is whether I can open multiple bing accounts for my company and if so, will bing flag it and disable it? What can I do to keep multiple bing accounts for my company and advertise some campaigns on each of them? do I maintain different website/landing pages for each account?

Any other ideas to have backup bing ads accounts? I don't think all of them will go in review at same time.
