I tried out Bing Ads a few years ago when it was Adcenter. It never resulted in any real traffic so I abandoned it after a few months trial and error.

I tried logging into my old account to find that it's now closed and I was also surprised that there was an unpaid balance of a few hundred bucks (they had my CC on file so I'm not even sure why this would be the case).

It appears I can no longer reopen an account this old.

My question is what is the best way to proceed at this point to try using Bing ads again? Should I just open a totally separate account? What about the unpaid balance?
