Anyone have experience uploading large accounts using the Adcenter Desktop tool? It can take 2+ hours sometimes for me to upload an account I built in Adwords Editor (where it only takes a few minutes to upload). Any tricks to speeding this up?

Adcenter loves to randomly choose keywords to not upload and mark "duplicate", where the keyword is the same but the match type is different. If Adcenter were consistent with marking the keywords this way that'd be OK, but it catches about half of these and essentially makes you not have the same keyword across match types when uploading (which is a pain if you are moving over accounts from Adwords).
