'Pause campaign' doesn't work

pausing a campaign doesn't actually pause the campaign properly....

Really irked. Decided to pause all my MSN campaigns about a week ago because they weren't converting well for me. However even though all the campaigns in my account are paused, I'm still getting traffic and having to pay for it! Admitedly the quantity of traffic is very low (30 clicks yesterday) however that's not the point - I don't want the traffic!

Usualy it takes 12-24 hours for me.

Good Afternoon Selcouth,

If you have 'Paused' you campaigns and are still receiving traffic after a 4 hour period, I recommend that you contact support.

We do have a 2 - 4 hour processing time for the account to be paused, and if it is passing that then you should not have to pay for any clicks that happen after that point.

Please contact support and have them investigate this matter for you and credit you for any activity after the processing time has ended.
