Ouch. I recall this issue in the early days of Adwords. I don't know if there is a way to do it without getting someone at Microsoft doing it for you, but it sounds to me like you should now try to move from one account to an agency relationship, where you are able to set up lots of accounts under one umbrella (Like a Google MCC). I would talk to MS about the fact that you are running client accounts and try to get the whole of your relationship with MS "upgraded". (Caveat... I am in teh UK, being managed from Dublin... It may work differently outside the UK).

Good luck. I had a very good account manager over at MS, but every time we tried to do things like this the entire account (or campaign in your situation) would suffer and it would take months to recover, sometimes not fully recovering. I believe this is do to the "trust factor" having to rebuild from scratch. Again, I had an MS account manager perform these operations on their end because I only experienced problems when trying to do things manually from my end.

If you do find success I'd like to hear the steps taken for future reference.

Ok I think I may have not explained this very well,

I have one Adcenter account and within that I have two Site accounts (one for each site), I need to move one campaign from the site A account to the Site B account,

I was going to just export the campaign then import it, but i'm not sure if that would work as I have a feeling i may lose some data,

Does it cost extra to get the Microsoft guys to move campigns for you?, as i need to confirm everything with the boss

I have a dedicated account rep over at MS. You should try to contact them and ask for assistance. You will lose click/impression data when moving a campaign from one account to another. I shouldn't say you will lose it because in theory you could still pull reports from the original account to compare to, but history will not carry over to the new account.

I would recommend pausing the campaign (in the original account) being moved, not delete it until you are fully satisfied with the results of the move and have all the history data you need.

Update, I contact MS Adcenter support and they put me on to Quicklaunch which is apparently free.

Has anyone had experience with them? or knows anymore about them

I have copied the campaign across myself, really easy to do,
just needed to go to the second account
select create new campaign
The select the option to import keywords and ads from existing campaign

Were you able to transfer all history associated with those keywords?

No I wasn't,

however I paused the old campaign so i can compare the two if needed
