Forum Moderators: werty
I call support and tell them the problem and the first thing I get is "Oh... you're on a Mac" we don't support Leopard because it's too new.
?!?
Too new? The specs for Leopard have been out for months. So they don't want money from people on Macs.
Man I gotta send this to Apple for a new Mac/PC commercial. MS just makes it too easy for people to hate them.
I'm not looking for any flames, just reporting the facts.
How many people (real people, not SEO specialists like in these forums) would even know what that means?
MS is either intentionally or ignorantly eliminating the ability of anyone on a Mac to go to their site and GIVE THEM MONEY!
If I told the CFO of my fathers company to go to AdCenter and buy BIG blocks of ads from his Mac he could not. He could of course consult some forums like these and figure out how to "game their system" by loading clunky, slow virtualization software, which may or may not work and/or cause problems with other systems on his Mac.
He should be able to log in and spend money. Would Best Buy or other big retailers have any form of wall set up to prevent 5-10% (depending on who you speak with) of spending money on their site? No of course not.
There is no excuse for this. Look at how simple it is to sign up for AdWords and YSM. I have accounts with both and give them my money. AdCenter is lame and their customers deserve better.
Bottom line, AdCenter, would you like to increase your income by 5-10%? Then let us Mac users in. I mean what the heck is 5-10% of their income? I would suspect millions of dollars annually.
