There have been improvements in the AdCenter interface over the past year or so. They're slowly making progress. Are you using the regular interface [adcenter.microsoft.com ] or the new beta [beta.adcenter.microsoft.com ] interface? I'm finding the beta a bit easier to use.

As far as traffic goes, even though my traffic is lower with AdCenter than Google, I get very good ROI.

Are you using all three match types on your keywords? Have all your keywords been approved or are there some that are pending?

I highly recommend calling their support if you have concerns. They are very eager to help and their response and followup has improved greatly in the last 6 months. They may be able to give you some insight.

Give it some time. You'll find out that the ROI is better than all of the rest. I did and so did a number of people I have talked to about it.

For my business, Google search, with content ads turned off, far exceeds MSN in ROI.

ROI useless when traffic is almost zerro!

Fact is that MSN search just does not cut it... pick an old friends name and do a comparison search.

google probably finds most ref's

yahoo comes close, probably also shows links that google has not indexed.

Now try the same search in MSN. Chance is that the search results are very disappointing.

So no surprise here that there is no traffic.

call them and ask if they have an advice to solve your problem.
Their phone support helped me more than once.
