i am a dutch advertiser.
When i searched for certain terms at live.com i found out that someone was advertising on certain adult-keywords.

I tried to start a campaign on these words too, because i have a competetive product, which is similar.
A few days later my ad was rejected because of adult related content.
This is not very strange because adult-advertising is against the rules.

I contacted my rep. and i was told that my competitor has an exclusive contract, which started in the beta of live.com.

I responded with the question how i can also get an exclusive contract. This wasn't posible.

Has anybody heard of these kinds of contracts, and is it legal.
I think this is unfair competition.

I am very curious.
