I've seen on various forums that some people are having trouble getting the $200 adCenter voucher appearing in their account.
I have 2 questions:
Is it still available for new sign-ups?
2. Are we allowed to use this program on a second new account?
(My wife would like to look into this program as well- 2 accounts, same address).
