Is MSN AdCenter Fully Operational Now?

Is MSN AdCenter fully up and running now? I ask this because, with it only being launched a few months ago, there might be some teething problems, and I don't want to pay out money on something which has not yet proved worthwhile.

What other webmasters' experiences of AdCenter? Do you find it better than Google, or round about the same?

I want to promote my UK Dating Site.

It's not even close to being useful.

Their matching algo is useless, the system is flaky and the amount of traffic for the hassle you have is laughable.

I'd wait if I was you, we jumped in on the first day with internal projects and have had so many problems I couldn't start to count them. We are not advising clients to go with MSN yet, I'm sure we will do at some stage though.
