Ordering Pausing Issues

Still not fixed!

I paused an order over 24 hours ago and the order is still running and I am still accruing huge charges.

Why has MSN not worked on this problem when it has been an issue since day one?

It would save customers and MSN a lot of headache if they fixed this glitch...

PAUSING ORDERS = REAL-TIME.

No other PPCSE has this issue. This should have been mandatory from the start.

I agree, seems pretty stupid to me. I'm a developer myself, and surely to heck this feature should be easy to implement. Should have been designed that way since day one.

48 hours after my ad is paused, my ad is STILL running and my balance is getting out of control.

MSN came through and gave me a proper credit to resolve the situation.

It looks like this is still an issue. A paused account mysteriously turned on over the weekend and started spending. Luckily we caught it and MSN provided a credit.
