Yep, the ROI is great. Just don't tell anyone. The fewer competitors, the better.

My ROI is within a few percentage points, but the volume is so low it's *almost* not worth messing with. Unfortunately it IS so we keep messing with it lol.

I'm seeing about 15% of the volume of a like-for-like AdWords campaign. But cheap CPC + good conversion = excellent ROI.

It's great until the day your .11/click gets posted at $11/click and MSN COMPLETELY IGNORES YOUR BUDGET, blowing past your $1,000/month setting to spend $3,000 over 3 days, and then drags your case out 40+ days and counting to refund your account.

Then your life will suck, like adcenter does.

Great returns, but no support when the system fouls your account with no fault of your own!

I wonder how long this will take to screw others? BEFORE THEY REALISE IT, and get msn off their butts to rectify their obvious script and software problems?

THEY DID... And they ADMITT IT!

Not to dismiss anyone's gripes (which seem genuine and justified) but I'm quite happy with improvements at adcenter.

I just set up a smallish campaign with seven orders and didn't experience one glitch or crash, a marked improvement from the last time, when eleven orders saw me experience about six hours of extreme frustration. The UI speed whilst slow is adequate and bearable. There are some obvious tweaks needed that will make the UI more user friendly eg. ability to select/de-select all boxes at once for kword matching options. Overall though I think things are on the up.

Lastly my friends (and most importantly) the ROI is good.

Even if the ROI is better, the total volume is not worth the headache when a problem does arrive. It's so much easier and I can do so much more volume in GOOG/OVT. I'm telling my client it's not cost affective to use Ad-center until they get their system straightened out.

Yeah, so MSN Adcenter is a pain in the butt. There's growing pains. I feel for those of you who are going through the "growing pains". However, in my niche, I can get a conversion every 8 clicks (amazing), whereas in Adwords it's one in 32..(takes four times as many clicks!)....And, I get the clicks for half the price in MSN. Of course, as Adcenter takes off I expect things to heat up and become much less profitable...but I'll ride the wave as long as it lasts. Regardless of the low volume Adcenter has, it is still nice to put ~10% of your pie in something other than Yahoo and Goog.
