How do I get Adcenter to retry billing my CC card?

The card I have on file with Adcenter has a pretty low limit so recently when Adcenter tried to bill me it did not go through. They tried 3 times in about an hour. When I noticed I paid the card and waited for adcenter to bill me again but they never did. I tried updating my info thinking that would trigger a retry but it did not. It's been 4 days now and they have not tried again to bill me.

How do I get them to retry charging my card?

I sent a support e-mail (didnt have time to call) and they forced the credit card through in about a day.
