Account Keyword Limit Reached

I was adding new orders today and got the message that the keyword limit for my ACCOUNT has been reached. I've been busy.

So, here's my dilemma. I have some keywords that can be deleted but they're spread out all through my account. Has anyone figured out a workaround to delete keywords with certain parameters?

Adcenter411--there needs to be a tool to delete keywords that meet certain criteria. Also, it is CRITICAL that the performance data for a keyword and the delete box be displayed on the same screen. How the heck can I make a decision on whether or not to delete a word based on performance unless I can see the performance data and use the delete function at the same time? I think this will prove to be a pretty big issue as users expand their campaigns.

Also, it appears that paused campaigns count toward your keyword total even though they're paused. This will be a big issue for people like me that have seasonal businesses and will have campaigns paused for 6 months out of the year.

Simon, I deleted a couple of paused campaigns and it appeared I made enough room for the words I was trying to add. What happened with your deleted orders?

Thanks breny

I deleted one order that was bigger than the one I wanted to add. Maybe I'm still too close to a limit.

I'll look at dropping some more keywords.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem easy to delete bulk keywords from an order. Wouldn't it be great if the import / export function also allowed you to delete keywords (by uploading a list of keywords to delete). <<< one for adcenter411

Anyone - how would you quickly delete 2364 keywords from an order of 8800?

Regards,
Simon

I am new to MSN, although I currently have a rather massive Adwords account. I've decided to dip my toe in the water with MSN, but am now a bit concerned re the issue about the number of keywords in an account. I have, in the past had a similar problem with Adwords, but they have always increased the amount of keywords I am allowed to bid on, so therefore not a problem. Do MSN perhaps do the same? Apologies if this has already been answered elsewhere:)
