Over shadowed by the BofA takeover of ContryWide and Ben Bernanke's Fed report, speculation on the street is that MS is in talks to acquire Yahoo.

I hope NOT. I fear that the banned list from 1999 wil be imported into MSN too. Hey, Yahoo, things do change you know. Even bankruptcy records expire after 7-10 years.
