Phone Screen Resolution VS Web Resolution

Phone resolutions are getting almost as high as desktop monitors now. This is great for video and images, but not so great for the web. I just realized that on a Samsung Note, the screen resolution is 720px (or somewhere in there) wide. But it only has a "web resolution" of about 380px. There are a lot of sites out there that list the phones native resolutions, but I can't find any that list web resolutions for each phone.... and that's the number that actually matters for building a mobile site. Does anyone know of any good resources for this info?

Don't start calling them "web resolutions" cause the web has nothing to do with it. There are CSS pixels and device pixels.

Thanks. I guess I really didn't know what to call it. I think it was the phone that called it "web resolution." Probably for the laymen. So that's what I was searching for. So when I came across the wiki article I didn't even notice the CSS column. But the screensiz.es is exactly what I was looking for.
