Your client is turning off his machine at 5:30 each day when he finishes work. On a Saturday he only work until 1pm. He doesn't work on Sundays.

If that's not it then he's turning off network hardware when he goes home but leaving the computer on.

Thanks alot vince, The given client works late in the evening after 5.00 but when it reaches 5.30 ERP stops responding. Due to his amount of work he works on saturdays afternoons and even on some sundays. Like on week days he works on the same machine without any problems, without switching off his laptop but when it reaches this times he has a problem.

Is the client machine going into sleep mode or hibernation at these times?
