Method two
Mix three parts epoxy resin with one part hardener, place into the corner of a plastic bag, roll up the other end as if you wanted to do icing, and then snip the tiny corner which should now be full of pressurised hardening resin. Squeeze the bag and position the tip so that resin pushes its way into the USB ports, securely ensuring that they cannot be used for any devices.
Method three
If you are lucky, your ports are not directly soldered to the board but are actually connected by wires. Remove case. Remove the wires from the board or the back of the port. Replace case.
If this isn't good enough, you can view the device driver files from here and delete them by sneaky means (but if you don't know what you're doing, you'll kill the whole system). I'm not going to explain further.
