I have a windows XP machine and I am using IE.

WHenever I click on a click and say 'open in a new tab' a new tab is created but the page doesn't load, it just seems like it is loading.

BUT if I go to the address bar and click ENTER on the url it then loads just fine.

Is there some setting that needs to be fixed? I am not sure why this started happening all of a sudden! hehe
