Dos time settings

Hello,

I am trying to find out how can i create a Dos bootable CD,boot from it and change system time settings.
The problem is that my laptop's menu wont let me change the system time from bios.

Anyone done such a thing in past?

If memory serves the command was simply:

TIME

From a command prompt in Windows you can type

TIME

, and it will display the current system time. It also offers to let you enter a new time (or you can hit

ENTER

to keep the same time).

The command line "

TIME

" will change the system time on my machines. Is there a particular reason you need a boot disk to do this?

wmuser, have you looked at upgrading your BIOS from the vender?
