I always wonder about apps that want permissions to connect to various aspects, such as contacts, or phone, etc. I can understand why some legitimate apps require those connections.
Unscrupulous developers add permissions they don't need, and i simply don't install the app if it's going too far.
However, this report might be for legitimate apps.
