What's better?

I'm relatively new to the MAC world and trying to find a good alternative to MS Office, preferable free. I've downloaded NeoOffice, minus a few quarks it seems to be a pretty good. Is it worth trying OpenOffice 3? Are there major differences?

Thanks,

I tried Open Office and didn't find anything wrong with it. Still, I use MS Office on my Mac. Which, btw, has a few quarks of its own.

I think it really depends on what you are using the suite for. My company receives docs formatted in MS Word and it is vital to keep the proper formatting for approval of the finished product. I'm not sure I would trust one of the free products when it came down to making a presentation to a paying client.

By the way MS Office for Mac looks much better (and works) than for Windows ))))
