Anyone live in the Boston area and check out the new store? The pictures I've seen make are incredible... it's huge.

I've been there - huge Apple store... but nothing special... honestly I haven't been to an Apple Store yet where any of the sales people truly knew anything in depth about the systems or software. I'm trying to switch from Windows to Mac but before I do I need to know how to do simple things like print screen, file syncing and other functions before I switch. I want to know the shortcuts. My solution - train them on how to use Windows as well to be able to help people like me that know Windows inside and out and want to know the Mac commands.
