Just thought it'd be fun to have everyone's opinions on what they think is the best web editing program for Mac.

For me Textmate wins hands down. I didn't like it much at first, but when I realized the power and convenience of bundles I was a convert :)

To upload there's a few great FTP apps out there. I went with Transmit and have never had a problem with it.

What LunaC said. TextMate and Transmit. "Convert" is the right word; using TextMate's bundles is almost a religious experience. ;)
