Now, what's the verdict? Good idea or not?
I would think that a second hard drive would be a better solution then possibly comprimising your Mac.
A Freeware product that removes resources from your Mac can be a very scary thing.
I used Monolingual way back a few years ago, and it didn't hurt anything. But since then, I always just install the system without the extra languages. Sure, disk drives are big enough these days that it doesn't matter all that much, but I'm absolutely positive I will not ever need five variants of Chinese on my Mac, or Russian Cyrillic. Why devote about 600 MB of space to them?
