how to encrypt the entire cms files

i have created a cms for one of my customer with the condition that we will not handover the source file. it is a big time taken software and cost us appx 50000$. can you please advise how to do this so he can not actually make another copy of the software and can install this to only assigned number of domains..

what software i ca use to do this..?

You spent $50,000 before figuring this out!

Your other questions cannot be answered without knowing the language and platform used. Even with that information, there is no easy answer, and certainly none that is guaranteed to work.

As graeme_p already mentioned, without knowing the language which the CMS has been created in, it is almost impossible to give you any advice.

Can you explain a little bit more about how the system is built up?
