First, Dreamweaver is not a free product, so if you find it for free, it'll be pirated software. I'm not condemning or condoning (and that would probably be off-topic for this question, anyhow).

Regardless, I know of two options you might look into.

First, you could see if you can run the windows version of Dreamweaver under Linux using "Wine". Search the net for "linux wine" for more info.

The second option is to look for an equivalent to DW under linux. I've heard of two options, but haven't tried either:
[quanta.kdewebdev.org...]

[nvu.com...]
