I have had obtained the backlink from Wikipedia pages but it doesn't display it when I check it by ahrefs or other sites. Can someone tell me what will be the time duration it will take to display?

All Wikipedia link outs are nofollow so that might have something to do with it.

Meant to add: they do show in MY raw logs, so I know where that traffic is coming from.

Is there any way to know how much is worth the trouble to get wiki links?
If we need so much effort to build or acquire them, how someone can value such process?

They can drive traffic, and you can end up on other pages in wikipedia e.g. "lists of x" and so appear in multiple places. There's also the benefit of ending up on the knowledge graph of a number of search engines.

You can freely download/view wikipedia traffic stats for pages, many pages get tens of thousands of views a month. Page views typically represent the popularity of a topic anyways.

Is there a formula for valuation of effort to get a wikipedia page? Probably not, but clearly enough benefits to at least consider if a link is possible.

Check with your link monitoring tool if it displays nofollow links and if there are some linking domains blocked for some reason.

You can try contacting the SaaS or company that sold you the product to get more information.

And what about editing current pages?
Is a new editor and an older editor getting the same rights? Or there is some point system that favor editors that were correcting pages for long time?

Wikipedia is Wikipedia ... they have their own internal politics/directions. Outsiders can't generally change that.

I will say that Wiki links generally bring 10-12% "unexpected" traffic ... but that is because the content is such that Wikipedia editors and contributors find that content valid and do their linking.

As an aside, of that traffic I generally retain 10% of that is new "evergreen" users, most of whom comment: "Found you on Wikipedia."

I suspect that any attempt to GAME Wikipedia will crash and burn and knock you out. Some years back I posted an article to WW regarding that same thing. I've slept since then and don't recall subject lines, but the end result was very bad... for the gamer!

I neither seek, or deny, Wikipedia links.

YMMV

You won't find wikipedia links reported on backlink tools because they block their crawlers.
Many big sites block these crawlers, Pinterest for example, definitely do.
