Links from Youtube showing up in Webmasters Account

I wanted to verify if links from Youtube pages counted to rankings. This is of a major concern because I see a lot of links from Youtube videos Ive posted showing up in my Webmasters account.

Do they count or dont they and is it that Google will show it even if its no follow?

they probobly dont have much merit.

i dont factor youtube into any of my seo tactics.
