I think you may be out of luck, as most of these have been discontinued (even Microsoft's replacement for Frontpage has been discontinued -Expression Web).

Only two I can think of with some of the capabilities you mention, and which are still maintained are Dreamweaver, and Netobjects Fusion.

Out of date obviously, but it has a few more suggestions.

I think there is an underlying problem here as a lot of what people do now (responsive design, lots of front end code, semantic markup) does not work well with WYSIWYG.

just wanted to point out that MS "Expression Web 4" is available (from MS, no key needed anymore) it seems to fit better with the CSS and such of responsive design...

However, like Graeme_p stated there are underlying issues that will require some hand coding. I'm currently at the stage myself (learning to hand code stuff)
it may be a better option than you had before, but it still falls slightly short for todays needs...

Just to clarify what I meant, I think the reason that there are fewer WYSIWYG editors around than there used to be is that between the could based ones (which I do not like much either, personally) and changing needs fewer people want them.

That said, between the things mentioned above and BlueGriffin (mentioned in the thread I linked) to you it looks like you still have a reasonable choice.

"WYSIWYG editors" isn't really a full description of what the OP wants this tool to do. He also wants full site development and management.

I say this not to be picky about it, but rather because it appears that there are a number of WYSIWYG "editors" out there, which from what I see work either as stand-alone editors or as plugins in conjunction with other site development and management systems. These editor plugins themselves may also accept plugins or add-ons to increase their range of functionality.

Some searching around suggests these three as professional level tools... Redactor, CKEditor, and TinyMCE. There might well be others.

These range in price and support plans from free to enterprise. One or two of them might be open source, with community support, with the enterprise plan available for those willing to pay. One way of approaching it would be to find a content management system that is compatible with one of these editors. I know that some of these come pre-installed in some well-known CMSs.
