Can't get it to work in CS5. Use Find All to find a set of pages, click on the green (is it called a Play Icon?) arrow again to bring up the Find dialog again. In the found documents list, use the Control key to pick out the documents to replace, return to the Find dialog and select Replace. That used to work to automatically replace the selected documents.

Is anyone familiar with this?
