I designed my site using layers and then made use of the dreamweaver GUI method explained on this page - [webmasterworld.com...] - to center the layers horizontally. It worked just fine to center my layers onto the page but when you view the page on a resolution of lower that 1024 it still centres the page, cropping a bit of the left and right of the design but when I want to scroll to the left it doesn't give me that option - I can only scroll towards the right. Can anyone perhaps advise me on how to fix this.
