Go to the top menu and choose FILE > CLOSE ALL.

Sorry, I meant in the Dreamweaver tree structure...

Where you get the > arrow when it's closed and the down arrow when it's open.

You have to click that arrow to collapse/close each folder. When your site has 100+ folders, and they're all collapsed, it takes too much time moving individual files to other folders (drag and drop).

I want a one- or two-click solution to reset the entire tree structure.

Hey, I finally figured this one out. What a PIA it is to close all folders. On a Mac, Option + Click top-level folder. I assume it's Alt on a PC.

Note, this works to close all folder. If I try Option + Click to open all folder, Dreamweaver crashes. I only tried this on a shopping cart site which has hundreds of folders. Maybe it was too much, or maybe DW could have completed it, but I got tired of waiting and force quite after about a minute.
