VS or VWDE?

As a Webmaster, should I be using Visual Studio or Visual Web Developer Express? I was using Visual Studio 2005 before, but I recently switched to Visual Web Developer Express 2008 because of its superior CSS support.

You should probably be using VWDE. It's free, lighter weight, and the differences between it and VS are small.

I even did hard core development for a while with VWDE and had only minor annoyances like lack of macro record/playback.

The reason VWDE is so close to VS is that MS wants/has to give away good tools to compete with open source solutions. They only maintain VS to pull in enterprise revenue and maintain value perception.

I always wondered this too. What exactly are the differences between VWDE and VS? Could anybody provide a comprehensive list, or direct me to one?
