Loading linked content in another div - with Dreamweaver CS3

I am trying to create a webpage in Dreamweaver CS3. There are two divs, one top and one bottom, inside the main container. I have a list of links in the top div, and I would like them to open in the bottom div.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi trialone,

What you're looking to do would be best accomplished with frames or javascript. DW has options for creating and managing frames under the 'HTML' menu drop-down.
