WYSIWYG- Dreamweaver R to L

Dreamweaver R to L, does it exist?

Hi
I am new in web design, and I need a bit of HELP!
Does anybody now about a Dreamweaver version that I can use to create a website in Arabic Language( that is: writing from Right to Left)? what is it? and where can I get it from?
Can I use it t create a bi-lingual site Arabic/ English?
I could not even find a direct email to ask adobe about it!

This may help Inserting Arabic text [theemiratesnetwork.com]. Photoshop has a plug in, but not an offical one for Dreamweaver.

Perhaps this FCKeditor [dev.fckeditor.net] or how about using Microsoft word and saving as html?

I think I still have to do some home work to learn about web design in one language: English, before I try a bi-lingual site?
I just don't now which program/Dreamweaver to get?

I am sure the the R to L requirement has an easier answer. I would reach out to webmasters of sites that do this to see if they can help.

There are many programs to write web code. Dreamweaver and Frontpage are fine programs and will get you up and running in a short time. There are free programs like NVU that also do a fine job. Deal with the language differences after you are comfortable writing and publishing code.

Thanks a lot for your help and advice.
YES, this is what I'm going to do...
I will get NVU, learn it while I'm develping my HTML and any other web design skills; doing everything in English,....Untill I feel I'm O.K. THEN I can then deal with the Arabic language.

I spent some time in NVU website, but I found that there is also the other updated version KompoZer, and two forums....I spent sometime there, but I coudn't make up my mind which one to download and start working with?
Any advice?

There are also a CSS Direction Property and unicode-bidi element that I think may come into play here...
