Is Expression Web Completely Released

I thought Expression Web was released a couple of months ago and there was to be an Upgrde version from FrontPage to EWD. I have been poking around the internet and can only find a handful of retail places that admit to the upgrade version and none of them carry it. There are also precious few people that have the full retail version.

Is EWD a poor relation that Microsoft does not want to admit having, is it really been fully released?

Thanks for any info on where i can purchase the upgrade version.

If you type [expression web upgrade] into Google.com, the first result is the Amazon.com page where the upgrade to Expression Web from any version of FrontPage is offered for $89.95. My experience was that it is in stock and ships immediately.

Same here: I bought my copy from Amazon in late December at the upgrade price and got it a week or two later.

I also ordered a copy of Jim Cheshire's USING MICROSOFT EXPRESSION WEB: SPECIAL EDITION, which is looks pretty useful. (I'm one of those people who'd rather look at a book than wade through a tutorial.)
