Dreamweaver FTP problem with Norton System Works 2006

(I posted this thread in the supporters forum last week without success so I hope I am not breaking any rules by trying it again in here?)

I had a recent problem with Norton System Works, which required me to reinstall the application. Since doing so I have been unable to FTP using Dreamweaver or Smart FTP.

Norton Internet worm protection is causing the problem. When I turn this off everything is fine. It worked OK before I reinstalled Norton so there must be a setting in there that can be changed to make it work.

Can anyone help?

Forget about this. I just found the solution. There is a setting within Norton AV worm protection called "Program Control" that allows programs to be added to a permitted list.
