I am beginning the use of FrontPage to build a new website which I expect to be large. I have built some files using notepad and Firefox to test them. Other pages have originated within FrontPage. I notice that FrontPage identifies its file creations as htm files. The others are titled .html.

Can I mix files in FrontPage and within its navigation system.

The navigation system is one of the major reasons I want to use a CMS, any CMS.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Yes, you can mix .html and .htm extensions.

On my FrontPage site, index pages are all named index.html, while other files have the .htm extension.

The .HTML and .HTM extensions are interchangable and Frontpage supportsd them both.
