Dreamweaver MX: Setting Up Behavoirs

I am trying to set up a set up behaviors in Dreamweaver MX 2004 for a text link. The idea is that the user hovers over a link to see image rollover areas in the navigation.

The problem occurs when I go to 'onMouseOver' in the behaviors panel. At this point I think that I should be able to select an action, but there is just a lightning bolt icon that tells me to create a recordset. I don't believe I need to do this as the site will be completely static.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Did you get this fixed?

When you go to behaviours you should select "Swap Image" then just fill in the slots. If you do a search for swap image in DW help you will find detailed instructions.
