I recently finished a new pc build based on the AMD Ryzen 5 2600x. I am very happy with the system in every aspect except CPU temperature when running a render in cycles render. I appreciate 2.80 is still a Beta release but is anyone else having similar issues. My video editing package (Kdenlive) can render a 10 min video with the CPU rarely going over the low to mid 70's (C). When running Blender (Cycles render) it once hit 91c.

Do you have GPU rendering enabled?

I am using CPU rendering. My GPU is not currently supported by Blender (Running Linux). I am trying to work out how to get my device to work under OpenCL but for now, it's a lot of heavy lifting on the CPU.
