Isn't that apples encryption for itunes downloaded files? There's good reason for the lack of software that converts the files. Any company authoring this type of software is likely to come under the scrutiny of Apple pretty quickly.

What reason do you need it? Are you hoping to convert you library? The only way I know of is by using apples update feature they recently released but it's $0.30 a file which is shockingly expensive.

well i found a bunch of applications, but again cost $30...or only convert the first 60 seconds...

if they get busted, well then....thats not on me...

in any case, i downloaded a track from the movie 300 that i want to put into a Flash file im working on as the background track....

but you cant use M4P's, so i need an MP3....
