Does anyone know of any resources, or would anyone care to post up a tutorial about embedding Quicktime into web sites?

Simply embedding a player with some controls is easy enough, but I'd like to add a poster frame, and a few other features to make my embedding classy and modern and all that sycophantic web 2.0 stuff. Nothing out there really explains the process step-by-step, and that's what I need.

Anyone?
