Generally it is a bad idea to put your logo to anything you have not created unless you have bought the correct rights to manage the video.

There are video sites that have royalty free options, but they are unlikely to allow what you describe without a large fee.

What are you trying to achieve? Is it something you could do yourself? Or ask a freelancer to do?
