Welcome aboard Blomma, what CMYK system is that? Traditionally CMYK is communicated with percentages of ink area, as in 10 30 40 20, where each number corresponds with a percentage of coverage in cyan, magenta, yellow, and black.

There are other issues with your question, because the whole reason for using Pantone is to use inks that are outside the CMYK gamut, but let's see if we can understand your color system and come up with a close match.
