Timed animation in Photoshop CS3?

In PHOTOSHOP CS3, when I save for Web/Device the animation ignores all my delays!
Has any one have any idea why is it doing that?

Please help!

Hi webcreativz.

Are you setting the file to save as: animated GIF? Or is it just the timing that is missing from the animation?

I will explain that:

step 1. I make a text animation of fade in fade out. The 1st screen has a delay of 2.0 secs & the other has a delay of 0.5 secs.

step 2. I say "Save for Web & Devices" and save the file as gif.

The gif saved does not have any delays as I had SET! It just plays without any delay. (I mean the timings are lost?)

Is there any way that i can save animated gifs - with the timings we set like we do in IMAGEREADY?
