Help! Google Automatically Changing Gmb Every Two Days

changes my gmb categories, description and url every two days

I'm a veteran marketer but this one has me stumped. EVERY TWO DAYS like clock work Google changes my categories, full description and url.
I have contacted them and I'm obviously getting someone in India or somewhere that doesn't understand the problem, despite me sending a very
descriptive LOOM video. I started the video where they had put the WRONG categories and sat there and optimized the profile with the correct
categories, description and url. They sent me back instructions on how to change the information on my profile after a suggested edit. THAT"S NOT
IT.

Has anyone else experience this? I dont' know what to do. I've been changing this every two days for two months now.

I don't use GMB servuces so I cannot offer experienced help, sorry. Another member recently ran into problems and it was suggested they visit the current GMB support group at [support.google.com...]

Unfortunately their efforts were interrupted by an unrelated situation so that has still not been corrected. But at least there is a place that is supposed to help. I hope it might work out for you.
