Can we change the thumbnail of the video in GMB? Is there any option to do this?

GMB currently doesn't allow you to set the thumbnail of a video. The only thing you can do is to add the shot you prefer as a thumbnail at the beginning of the video. Using a still image at the beginning for a few seconds enhances the probability that the algorithm will select this as the thumbnail, but there is no guarantee.
